We are aware that nowhere will meet every criteria, but here is what would suit best:

• Maximum Property Price €800k-900k

• Existing Buildings Area in excess of 700 square meters. 

• Buildings in good condition that are ready to run courses within a few months of purchase. 

• Minimum 4 acres of Land. Ideally we would like to have 12 acres or more.

• Ideally zoned as a Commercial or Educational building, not Residential

• Quiet location but near to a big town with good transport links and employment possibilities for long-term servers

• Located in the centre of the country for ease of access for the majority of the population and convenient travel from Dublin Airport for international servers & assistant teachers

• Suitable for 50+ people

• A Large meditation hall

• Commercial Kitchen ideally

• Shared bedrooms, toilets & showers

• Parking for 20 cars

• No graveyard on the property
