Donating a property is a generous act of Dāna. If you wish to offer one, please do so with the volition of giving freely, without expecting influence over renovations, course operations, or Trust decisions. You are welcome to join the committee separately, but your donation will be considered independently based on location, renovation costs, and planning permissions, such as rezoning for educational use. We deeply appreciate such offerings and will assess them carefully to ensure they align with the needs of a future Dhamma centre.
The Vipassana Community Foundation (VCF) can accept dana of stocks, bonds or crypto currency on our behalf.
If you would like to make a donation with one of these instruments, then please e-mail donations@vcf.dhamma.org and finance@ie.dhamma.org
As an old student you may wish to make a donation in your will to further the spread of Dhamma. As a householder, your responsibility towards your family's welfare and harmony should be considered before donations are given. Therefore please be careful and cautious when considering a charitable bequest. You should make sure that your decision is taken neither out of ill will towards your children nor overlooking your responsibility towards your parents or other dependants.
If you wish to leave a donation in your will, please email finance@ie.dhamma.org to inform us.
